AWS Python Developer - FastAPI | Remote

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in FastAPI and AWS cloud services to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will have experience building cloud-native solutions, developing RESTful APIs, and deploying applications in AWS environments., * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI.

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop secure, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, and Frontend teams.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
• Experience with Flask or Django is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

DevOps & CI/CD

• Docker
• Kubernetes (Preferred)
• Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• 2+ years of experience with FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies., * AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Exposure to machine learning or data engineering projects is a plus.
