Job description

  • Transform broad ideas into user-focused solutions that deliver real product value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and leadership throughout ideation, design, and delivery.
  • Own the design process, including user flows, interaction design, and visual design for both new and existing features.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation.
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and iterate based on feedback.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes that illustrate interaction patterns and UI behaviors.
  • Deliver development-ready specifications, assets, and documentation for smooth engineering handoff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireframing?, TSOLife is seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer who excels in UX, visual design, and user-centered problem solving. In this role, you’ll shape product features from concept through delivery-researching, wireframing, prototyping, and designing intuitive interfaces that enhance the user experience. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment., * 1+ years of experience designing software products.

  • 1+ years of UX design experience; 2+ years of visual design experience.
  • Experience working in technical, cross-functional product environments.
  • Strong ability to use research and data to inform design decisions.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX, interaction design, and visual design work.
  • Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
  • Skilled in creating detailed user flows aligned to product goals.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
