Senior Software Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions that support our core recruitment business. Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and systems. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to enhance performance and user experience. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organisation.

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience. Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Extensive experience with software design, architectural patterns, and developing scalable systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with social media platform APIs, data analytics tools, or machine learning would be considered a significant advantage.
