Job description

  • Manage Salesforce deployments, release plans, cutovers, and approvals.
  • Review Salesforce PRs, metadata, Flow XML, and release impact.
  • Enforce Git branching, commit standards, merge practices, and conflict resolution.
  • Act as PR gatekeeper and ensure release readiness.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and offshore teams.
