- Manage Salesforce deployments, release plans, cutovers, and approvals.
- Review Salesforce PRs, metadata, Flow XML, and release impact.
- Enforce Git branching, commit standards, merge practices, and conflict resolution.
- Act as PR gatekeeper and ensure release readiness.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and offshore teams.
