Job description

This position provides strategic and tactical support to the organization by understanding a variety of data situations and creating communications for internal clients and external clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription and patient data offerings (e.g. Digital, NPA, Xponent, LAAD, etc.). Additionally, this position is responsible for providing support and responding to general questions about IQVIA offerings to internal clients., * Responsible for understanding data changes and creating communications for clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription and patient data offerings (e.g. Digital, NPA, Xponent, LAAD, etc.).

  • Responsible for providing support and responding to general questions about prescription data, patient data, and Digital offerings to internal clients.
  • Gains and maintains a thorough understanding of changes/updates to datasets/IQVIA offerings, client needs, processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Manages the communication of identified data situations cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely communication
  • Assists the Service teams in responding to general data and IQVIA offering questions.
  • Uses knowledge of internal databases and processes, to create clear communications.
  • Supports timely communications and follow-up with Client Service teams to ensure communications are understood
  • Use established systems and processes to track and report progress on all assigned work.
  • Follows all existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) relevant to assigned work and identifies opportunities for updated or new SOP’s.
  • Provides additional insight into the data change to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues, identifies solutions
  • Participate in internal meetings and discussions related to data changes.
  • Identifies ways to improve and streamline business operations, driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes.
  • Participates and/or leads projects aimed at process improvements.

Requirements

  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
  • This role is US remote/home based and requires work hours follow the Eastern Standard Time zone.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field(s).
  • Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience with data analysis, communications, and project management from the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical marketplace.
  • Deep understanding of IQVIA prescription and patient data and methodologies.
  • This position requires strong communication skills and prioritization flexibility to handle tasks across multiple, concurring data events with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Requires analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to clearly summarize complex data changes, market/data events & present results internally.
  • Ability to take initiative to gain knowledge and identify opportunities for exemplary support.
