Job description

We are looking for a Senior Pega Administrator with strong Pega Development experience to support and maintain enterprise Pega applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Pega platform administration, application development, deployments, performance tuning, and production support.

Requirements

6 10+ years of Pega Administration & Development experience * Strong experience with Pega PRPC platform administration * Hands-on Pega application development * Case Management & Workflow development * Data Modeling * REST & SOAP Integrations * Pega environment administration (Dev, QA, Prod) * Pega upgrades, deployments & release management * Performance tuning, debugging & log analysis * Linux, WebSphere/Tomcat, and Database knowledge * CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices * Experience with Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service (CS) (preferred) * Pega Certifications (CSA/CSSA/LSA) are a plus * Excellent communication and client-facing skill
