IT Systems & POS Deployment Specialist

• Execute patching and security updates across diverse systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve patching and software update failures.
• Provide robust NCR POS support, including the reimaging of workstations.
• Deliver high-quality remote system support using approved enterprise tools (e.g., Bomgar, iDRAC).
• Deploy software efficiently using standardized tool sets (e.g., Ansible Automation Platform, PDQ).

The candidate will join the client’s IT Implementations team, focusing on execution, system deployments, patching, and hardware/software support. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, process-oriented, and possess strong hands-on technical skills with POS systems and Windows server environments., * Hands-on experience with NCR POS systems, including workstation reimaging.

• Working knowledge of Windows Server OS (support and troubleshooting).
• Proven experience executing patching and security updates.
• Familiarity with remote support and management tools (Bomgar/BeyondTrust, iDRAC).
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills for task execution and automated support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MSSC, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting QA processes and validation activities.
• Experience working within structured IT operations environments.
• QSR Experience is a bonus.
