We are seeking an experienced, onsite Senior Network Engineer/Architect to design, manage, and oversee a large-scale, multi-campus network infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of Data, Voice, and Video network services. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide engineering teams, and partner with leadership to align network architecture with business objectives and operational priorities., * Design, implement, and maintain a highly available, scalable network infrastructure supporting 10,000+ clients across LAN, MAN, WAN, and campus environments.

  • Lead the installation, operation, and optimization of Data, Voice, and Video networks across multiple campuses and remote sites.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers.
  • Develop and enforce network architecture standards aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage critical infrastructure including Cisco systems, DNS/DHCP, security devices, and wireless solutions.
  • Oversee lifecycle management, including upgrades, refreshes, and capacity planning.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and compliance initiatives.
  • Develop documentation and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of enterprise networking experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and networking protocols.
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, QoS, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS.
  • Experience with tools like Wireshark and Fluke.
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP or higher) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Familiarity with Cisco ISE and NAC solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise Voice, Video, and Data systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment:

  • Industrial and campus network environments supporting mission-critical systems. Onsite role with potential travel between locations
