IT Procurement Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join a global IT Infrastructure team within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role focused on end-to-end IT procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management across a wide range of technology categories in a fast-paced, highly governed organization., * Lead procurement and sourcing activities for IT categories including:

• Software (SaaS, cloud, security)
• Cloud hosting / FinOps providers
• Telecom, networking, voice & data
• Infrastructure and storage solutions
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including:
• Reviewing contracts (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, AI addendums, etc.)
• Analyzing key terms (termination, renewal, pricing clauses)
• Supporting light drafting from a commercial perspective
• Drive contract negotiations to mitigate vendor risks and cost increases
• Analyze vendor proposals and pricing structures to ensure competitive outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally with:
• Legal teams
• Risk & governance teams
• IT stakeholders
• Ensure procurement processes align with internal governance, compliance, and timelines
• Maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, including senior-level communication
• Support global sourcing activities and multi-region agreements

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, * 3-5 years of IT procurement / sourcing experience

• Strong experience with:
• Contract negotiation and administration
• Vendor / stakeholder management
• Reviewing and interpreting contracts
• Exposure to IT categories such as cloud, telecom, software, or infrastructure
• Ability to work within a regulated or structured environment (risk, compliance, governance)
• Strong analytical skills (pricing analysis, commercial evaluation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting with stakeholders, * Experience working in a global organization or global sourcing role
• Background in financial services or similar regulated industries
• Familiarity with tools such as sourcing platforms or contract repositories (nice to have)
