Job description
Microsoft Cloud services:
- EntraID: Identity and groups management, permissions sets, user life cycle.
- Intune MDM: Device configurations profiles, app deployments, device hardening, security baselines for both windows and apple devices via end point security.
- Compliance: Implement conditional access, apply compliance and authentication policies appropriately.
- Troubleshooting: Endpoint compliance, conflicts, device health.
- Knowledge of Widows’ security built-in tools: Microsoft Defender, Endpoint Detection and Response, LAPS, Bitlocker.
- M365 services: Administer Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive.
- Business Central ERP knowledge is not required, looking for someone with great aptitude to learn basics of ERP system.
Networking/Infrastructure:
- Proficient diagnosing and resolving networking issues.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot networking infrastructure while communicating technical issues.
- Extra: VPS, Cloud deployments, Network migrations, Tenant migrations, DNS hardening policies.
End User peripherals:
- Help IT department troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, label/shipping printers, IT peripherals.
Documentation/Ticketing
- Log and complete tickets appropriately.
- Keep documentation up to date.
- Provide ideas/solutions for continuous improvement.
- Help maintain SOP, runbooks, knowledge base for internal team.
Automation/Scripting
- Experience automating admin tasks, preferred, not required.
Operational Infrastructure & Site Support
- Provide day-to-day support for user, mdm, networking administration.
- Support IT peripherals ensuring business operations are running.
- Monitor backups, endpoint security (AV/EDR), and system health; escalate issues as needed.
Onboarding, Offboarding, Role Access
- Execute end-to-end onboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, MFA configuration, access assignments, and onboarding checklists.
- Manage offboarding processes, including access removal, device recovery, data handling/backup, and audit trail completion.
- Maintain and enforce role-based access workflows, ensuring approvals and timely execution of access changes.
Endpoint & Asset Lifecycle
- Oversee device lifecycle, including procurement recommendations, standard configurations, deployment, patching, maintenance, and retirement.
- Maintain accurate hardware asset inventory (users, locations, warranties, and renewal dates).
- Manage software inventory and licensing, including Microsoft 365 and other SaaS tools; identify and reduce waste or overages.
Service Delivery & User Support
- Own and manage the IT support ticketing queue, prioritization, resolution, and end-user communication.
- Track and report on support metrics (ticket volume, categories, aging, repeat issues).
- Escalate complex or cross-system issues to the internal IT Department with clear documentation, logs, and impact summaries.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, checklists, and knowledge base articles for recurring IT processes.
- Continuously update documentation to improve repeatability, scalability, and audit readiness.
- Identify and address root causes of recurring issues, driving continuous improvement in partnership with IT leadership.

The ideal candidate can independently assess and prioritize work and takes initiative to drive improvements forward. This role ensures reliable, consistent technology support while driving standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT processes. IT is responsible for service delivery, end-user support, and operational infrastructure across the organization.

- Strong experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure environment.
- Proficient with networking fundamentals.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cloud: Microsoft certifications

- Security certifications
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access all areas of the facility to determine needs.
