Business Intelligence Manager

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead the company’s business intelligence function-from designing data architecture and building automated reporting systems to implementing AI-powered analytics that enhance operational performance and business outcomes., Data Architecture & Business Intelligence

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable data infrastructure that integrates ERP systems, marketplace platforms, financial systems, and operational databases into a centralized reporting environment.
• Develop and manage ETL processes and modern data warehouse solutions utilizing platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, or similar technologies.
• Establish and maintain a reliable “single source of truth” for organizational reporting and performance measurement.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across business functions.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Create executive-level dashboards that provide visibility into key business metrics, including revenue, profitability, inventory, supply chain performance, and marketplace operations.
• Define, standardize, and govern KPIs across departments to ensure consistent measurement and reporting.
• Streamline reporting processes through automation, reducing manual effort and increasing reporting accuracy.
• Deliver intuitive and impactful visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

AI, Automation & Advanced Analytics

• Leverage AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and automation tools to accelerate development and enhance analytical capabilities.
• Develop predictive models to support demand forecasting, margin optimization, inventory planning, and supply chain decision-making.
• Implement automated insight generation, anomaly detection, and trend analysis to support proactive business management.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business performance.

Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner closely with executive leadership to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations.
• Own and manage the analytics roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable business value.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Enabling leadership to make faster, more informed decisions through reliable and actionable business intelligence.
• Creating automated reporting systems that significantly reduce manual effort.
• Establishing a trusted, company-wide view of performance and operational metrics.
• Introducing AI-powered capabilities that improve efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Building scalable data systems that support the company’s continued growth.

Required

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move beyond reporting and uncover meaningful business insights.
• Proven experience designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, reporting frameworks, and data architectures.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Experience working with modern data stack technologies including Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve processes and accelerate outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels of an organization.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred

• Experience working with ERP systems, e-commerce marketplaces, or enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Amazon, Shopify, or similar environments.
• Exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced data modeling techniques.
