Job description

  • Work with Test Center Manager in enforcing policies, practices and procedures for the Test Center.
  • Perform daily Testing Center opening and closing procedures.
  • Perform basic technical support related to the Testing Center.
  • Understand and locate the testing requirements for exam sponsor and perform security checks required by each exam client.
  • Ensure any special instructions/materials, etc. for exams are followed/available.
  • Check-in examinees and verify identification.
  • Explain the exam process.
  • Launch the exam.
  • Monitor examinees while they test.
  • Provide technical assistance during examination time.
  • Run end of exam score reports.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming Test Center environment.
  • Maintain Test Center supplies.
  • You will be required to pass the training (quizzes) necessary to become a Certified Test Center Administrator for multiple test platforms.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, To be successful in the job, an individual must be able to perform the essential job duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required. The ability to communicate clearly in English is essential., A high School diploma or equivalent is required. You must be 19 years old.

Computer Skills:

Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Network experience is a plus.

Physical Demands:

There are the physical demands that must be met by each employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the job, however walking frequently in order to seat and monitor candidates taking tests is considered an essential part of the job. Occasional lifting up to 25lbs.

Each employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit, as well as occasionally stoop and kneel. Vision abilities required by the job must be correctable to 20/20 vision.
