Top Secret Test Engineer

We are hiring a Test Engineer to support testing and validation efforts on large-scale systems and programs. This role is hands-on and focused on executing tests, analyzing results, and ensuring systems meet performance and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Execute test plans and procedures on system-level programs
• Perform environmental testing (vibration, thermal, EMI, reliability)
• Analyze test data and document results in clear reports
• Track issues, support fixes, and re-test as needed
• Help coordinate testing activities across system releases

Do you have experience in Test analysis?, * Active Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field)
• Experience supporting Test & Evaluation (T&E) on large-scale systems/programs
• Strong experience with test plans, procedures, and execution
• Hands-on experience with environmental testing (vibration, thermal, EMI, reliability)
• Experience with data analysis and test reporting
• Ability to develop test methodologies and evaluate system performance and compliance
