Job description

Serve Network Operations Control (NOC) through scheduling, problem solving, and labor services in partnership with appropriate stakeholder groups. Audit scheduling and payroll activities, and report on staffing trends to ensure that levels are sufficient to maintain a safe and efficient SWA Operation. Ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and support all Contract Employee needs.

Responsibilities Recognize, and clearly define problems to systematically analyze and evaluate alternatives and propose solutions Support and maintain standard annual, monthly, training, vacation, and daily schedules in the Company’s scheduling system for Dispatchers, Meteorologists, ATC, Customer Planners, and Chiefs Develop working knowledge of payroll processes/requirements, actively partners with Company Teams to manage issues/discrepancies, and serves as a check-and-balance for payroll activities conducted by the Team Conduct audits, reporting, and ad hoc inquiries May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

Requirements

Do you have experience in Union relations?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Knowledge of scheduling and payroll procedures and systems Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making Skilled in intermediate computer analysis and understanding common business software applications, as well as being able to learn and effectively use a variety of other software tools and applications Skilled in identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Ability to apply work rules of collective bargaining agreements Ability to analyze, handle & resolve complex project issues, make sound decisions and be able to interface well with People at all levels within the Company Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others

Required: Required: High School Diploma or GED, Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job, Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

Benefits & conditions

Competitive market rate of $30.00/hour* depending on qualifications and experience.

Assignment Length This contract is a 12-month assignment, and the duration may be modified based on business need. Pay amount doesn’t guarantee employment for any particular period
