Job description

  • Clearly identify business problems and requirements, mapping out possible solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment.
  • Investigate costs and benefits, and design the chosen solution in detail, specifying data, processes, and solution structure.
  • During the preparation phase: accompany business analysts and clients in solution reflection, propose alternatives aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy, ensure adoption of enterprise rules and standards, collaborate with architects, project managers, asset managers, and product owners, and coordinate asset teams to ensure unified understanding of client needs.
  • During the elaboration phase: translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, align with asset teams on functional responsibilities, design application solutions, and specify requirements with technical teams.
  • During the construction phase: follow up on development and testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications, provide technical definitions for supported components, support suppliers during development and integration testing, analyze defects during testing, and support release and deployment teams.
  • Once in production, provide ad hoc support to operational entities and helpdesks, analyze production incidents, coordinate their resolution, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

Do you have experience in XSLT?, * At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst.

  • Mandatory technical experience: functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems.
  • Preferable technical experience: Java knowledge, XSD/XSLT.
  • Mandatory business experience: knowledge of the banking and technical domain, analysis methodology, API understanding and Swaggers, UML diagrams, and usage of AI for analysis.
  • Preferable business experience: practical experience with Scrum in agile environments.
  • Soft skills: rigor, methodical approach, analytical and accurate mindset, adaptability, strong communication, and team spirit.
  • Language requirements: Dutch, French, and sound knowledge of English. Local languages are a plus.
  • Telework: Expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
