Job description

As a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will play a crucial leadership role at a client site representing Keystone Solutions: protecting the organization against cyber threats and ensuring the resilience of the IT environment and its processes.

The CISO is responsible for information security and IT resilience at the client organization. They ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. The CISO also defines and leads the strategy and governance regarding IT security at both operational and regulatory levels, particularly in compliance with NIS2 legal requirements and GDPR. The CISO acts as an important link between executive management, the DPO, the IT department (ICT), and federal authorities., * Manage federal audits regarding IT security.

  • Write and monitor security policies and procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and report IT risks to management.
  • Enhance the culture and awareness of cybersecurity among employees.
  • Manage security incidents with the IT department as well as communication with management and federal authorities.
  • Organize and/or conduct periodic checks on the security measures in place.
  • Main point of contact regarding cybersecurity with federal authorities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Information security?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with at least 5+ years in information security (operational or organizational).

  • Good knowledge of technical means to protect IT infrastructures and data (firewalls, anti-virus, encryption, etc.).
  • Understanding of the operational principles of components within an enterprise IT infrastructure (Microsoft EntraID, IAM, client/server architecture, network technologies).
  • Ability to balance cybersecurity risks with operational and business priorities.
  • Ability to communicate analyses or decisions regarding business risks for the client organization.
  • One of the following certifications is desired: CISSP - CISM - CISA - ISO27001 - ISO27005.
  • Good knowledge of the NIS2 directive as well as international standards regarding information security., Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security, or Engineering Sciences.
