BI Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data extraction, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, with a strong focus on Power BI and reporting automation.

You will report to the Head of Data & Reporting.

Which are your responsibilities?

As a BI Analyst, you will:

Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI)

Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation from multiple data sources

Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reports

Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency

Translate business needs into data models and reporting solutions

Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Document data definitions, processes, and reporting logic

Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)

Basic knowledge of Python is required

Basic knowledge of SAS is required

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation

Good knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query)

Understanding of data modeling and relational databases

Experience with ETL processes or data preparation tools

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus

Familiarity with AWS Sagemaker is a plus

Soft skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently

Strong organizational and time management skills

Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn

What is your profile?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
