Backend Developer (Java Spring Boot)

An in-house ERP system that powers the daily operations of several companies. From budget proposals to workforce planning and contract management, our platform helps streamline complex workflows that hundreds of people rely on every day.

Enter now an exciting new chapter: modernize our platform end-to-end. On the backend, we’re migrating from Symfony/PHP to a scalable, service-oriented architecture in Java Spring Boot.

The Role

We’re looking for a Backend Developer who loves solving real-world problems through clean, scalable, and maintainable code. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your contributions directly impact business-critical workflows and system architecture.

As a Backend Developer, you’ll:

Lead the migration of core services from Symfony/PHP to Java Spring Boot.
Design and implement scalable, maintainable microservices.
Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end features.
Ensure quality with robust testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
Contribute directly to the overall system architecture and long-term technical strategy.
Support and extend the existing Symfony backend as needed during the transition phase.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System architecture?, * Experience: 4+ years of professional backend development experience.

Core Tech: Strong, hands-on skills in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
Migration Mindset: Willingness to work with and navigate PHP/Symfony during the migration process.
Data: Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with modern deployment practices, including Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Cloud: Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms is a strong plus., +4 years experience Back End Dev Java, springboot
