Project Manager x2 - IT Infrastructure Managed Services MSP - Networking/Cloud/Security

Location: Southampton (Hybrid - 3 days office/2 days home)

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + package

Do you work for an IT Solution Provider or MSP and are looking for a new opportunity?

We are working with a fast-growing Managed Services Provider delivering connectivity, networks, Firewalls, Microsoft cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. They are expanding into AI and modern security services, helping UK SMEs and connected buildings adopt new technology and improve resilience. Looking for 2 PM’s - 1 commutable to London and 1 commutable to Southampton. These roles are Hybrid with a requirement of 3 days a week in the office or client site, with 2 days a week from home.

You must have a Reseller, IT Solutions Provider, MSP background to apply for this role

The roles need strong communication skills, gravitas and client-facing prowess.

The Role

We’re looking for a strong, experienced Project Manager with a proven background in MSP or technology-led service delivery environments. You will be accountable for delivering customer projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard, often working from High Level Designs that have assumptions and require clarification, structure, and control. This role demands excellent communication, discipline, and organisation, with the confidence to own delivery end-to-end, manage internal and external virtual teams, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned through clear, consistent reporting. You are not just tracking tasks - you are actively shaping delivery, preventing delays in delivery, controlling scope, and solving problems before they impact customers.

About You

  • You are someone who gets things done, even when inputs aren’t perfect.
  • Proven experience managing projects within an MSP or technology services environment.
  • Strong, practical project management capability
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, clarify, and hold people accountable.
  • Experience managing distributed or virtual delivery teams, including third-party suppliers.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Commercial awareness
  • A solid understanding of project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent)
  • Pride in delivery quality and a genuine desire to improve how things are done.

You will be managing projects of different sizes, you could find yourself working a few Larger projects or many medium to small. This role will not keep you standing still, you will be working at a fast pace on some of the most exciting projects there are on offer. Loads of opportunities to progress within the business and be exposed to the most cutting-edge technologies
