The Digital Workplace Experience (DWE) team crafts the internal digital tools that empower every Nandoca to learn, grow, connect, and thrive. We’re looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer who’s excited to learn, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact-someone who embodies our values in the way they build and the way they work with others., Create and maintain internal web and mobile apps, design systems, APIs, and platform services

Act as champions of engineering excellence , good design, accessibility and AI-assisted development

Work closely with People, Ops, Product and Design to solve real-world problems in our restaurants

Do you have experience in Terraform?, This is a role for someone who is curious, proactive, and driven to develop their skills with the support of a warm and collaborative team., You’ll contribute to the codebase across React Native (App), React (web), APIs, and shared design systems.

Alongside the team, you’ll work with:

Node.js / Express web API development

OpenAPI specification-driven development

Storybook design system development and component libraries

Figma designs interactive UI components

Docker containerisation and container-based deployment

Terraform IaC for deploying APIs into Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Claude CLI and other AI developer tooling (bonus experience)

Modern engineering practices , with strong mentorship and peer support

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

2 + years continuous experience with React Native

3 + years continuous experience with React

Comfortable collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers

A proactive, curious engineer who takes pride in quality
