Job description

We’re looking for experienced Data Analysts at all levels-from Data Analyst through to Senior and Lead positions-for upcoming roles across commercial, digital, customer, product, marketing, financial and operational analytics specialisms. These will be hands-on analytical roles where you’ll work with stakeholders to surface insight, build the analyses that drive decisions and turn data into measurable business impact., * Partner with business stakeholders to understand commercial questions and shape them into analytical work

  • Write efficient SQL to extract, manipulate and combine data across multiple sources and systems
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to surface patterns, drivers and opportunities in the data
  • Build dashboards, reports and self-service tools that help teams make better day-to-day decisions
  • Design and analyse A/B tests, experiments and other measurement frameworks
  • Develop and maintain key business metrics, KPIs and reporting frameworks that scale across teams
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Document analyses, assumptions and methodology to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing
  • Identify and surface data quality issues, working with engineering peers to resolve root causes
  • Stay curious about the business; build the context needed to ask better analytical questions
  • (For Senior/Lead) Mentor junior analysts, set analytical standards and lead larger cross-functional analytical projects

Requirements

  • Strong SQL proficiency-comfortable writing and optimising complex queries against relational databases or cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio or equivalent)
  • Solid grounding in Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis for stakeholder-facing work
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods, experimental design and basic hypothesis testing
  • Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (Python pandas, R) is a plus, especially at senior levels
  • Comfortable working with messy, real-world data and varied data structures

Analytical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset; able to break down vague business questions into structured analytical approaches
  • Naturally curious about the business behind the data
  • Excellent communication skills-able to explain analytical findings to commercial, marketing, product and executive audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and rigour in methodology and validation
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable learning new tools, datasets and domains
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment

Domain Flexibility:

  • Roles span commercial, digital, customer, product, marketing, financial and operational analytics specialisms
  • Background in any of these is welcomed; appetite to learn an adjacent domain valued just as much

Experience Level:

  • Minimum 2+ years for Data Analyst, 4+ for Senior Data Analyst, 7+ for Lead Data Analyst
  • Background in analytics, BI, business intelligence, data science or related analytical discipline
  • Examples of analyses, dashboards or insight projects you’ve owned end-to-end

Benefits & conditions

  • The opportunity to work on commercially meaningful problems where analysis genuinely drives decisions
  • Exposure to modern data tools, platforms and methodologies
  • Roles at the level you’re ready for-we’re hiring across the IC analyst spectrum
  • A collaborative environment where analytical rigour is valued
  • Clear scope to develop specialist domain expertise or stay broad across business areas
  • Flexible working arrangements (on-site, hybrid or remote) and supportive team culture
