Demand Planning & AI Solutions Specialist

As a Demand Planning & AI Solutions Consultant, you will support the EMEA demand planning team in enhancing forecasting processes by leveraging AI and advanced analytics, focusing on SAP IBP environments and large-scale data challenges.

Your missions

• Analyse and map current demand planning and forecasting processes within SAP IBP for the EMEA region
• Design and implement AI-driven segmentation models for items, customers, and forecasts (e.g., by revenue, volatility)
• Develop and deploy anomaly detection solutions to flag suspicious or inconsistent disaggregation results at SKU/region level
• Collaborate with demand planners to review and validate AI-generated insights and recommendations
• Build tools to support product launches, discontinuations, and transitions, including phasing in/out curves and risk flagging
• Customize and enhance SAP IBP layers to integrate AI functionalities without deviating from global standards
• Document and communicate findings, methodologies, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Train and support the demand planning team in adopting new AI-driven processes, * An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

• Experience in demand planning and statistical forecasting
• Experience with SAP IBP or similar demand planning tools
• Experience with generative AI tools
• Experience in data analysis and anomaly detection techniques
• Academic background: engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related field
• English fluent. French is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills
