Regional Information Security Lead (Europe & USA)

This is a business-facing role where you’ll work closely with IT teams, senior stakeholders, and operational leaders to improve cyber security maturity, manage risk, coordinate security incidents, and drive the implementation of security controls., * Lead cyber security governance and risk activities across your region.

• Conduct security assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cyber incidents and act as the regional security lead.
• Build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Chair security and risk meetings and provide regular reporting.
• Support security initiatives, cloud transformation, and control implementation.

• Experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, GRC, or Risk Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
• Understanding of vulnerability management, cloud security, and security operations.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business risk.
