• Specialist Upskilling: While you’ll bring a strong foundation in Microsoft Intune or similar tools, you will become a subject matter expert in Ivanti, a highly sought-after toolset in large-scale enterprise environments
• Elite Technical Exposure: You won’t just be pushing updates. You’ll be collaborating with specialist technical departments, engaging in deep-dive troubleshooting on WAN/LAN, and protecting bespoke, proprietary software, * End-to-End Patching: Lead the deployment of security patches across Operating Systems, COTS applications, and bespoke software
• Vulnerability Mitigation: Use Ivanti (and Microsoft Intune) to identify, track, and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited
• Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex deployment failures by analysing subnetting, firewall rules, and network protocols to ensure seamless delivery across the estate
• Technical Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for high-level technical calls, explaining complex security configurations to other engineering departments

• The Tech Stack: Experience using Ivanti, or heavy experience in MS Intune
• Networking: Hands-on experience troubleshooting subnetting, firewalls, and core protocols
• Infrastructure Knowledge: A solid understanding of network topologies, including switches, routers, WAN, and LAN
