Help shape the next generation of intelligent search and shopping experiences. Our team is building an advanced conversational platform that helps customers discover, compare, and choose products effortlessly through natural, AI-driven interactions. We’re looking for engineers who are passionate about crafting scalable systems, leveraging AI technologies, and delivering seamless, personalized experiences to millions of users., As a Software Development Engineer II, you will:
- Design, implement, and deliver scalable software components that power next-generation conversational shopping experiences.
- Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle - from technical design and coding through - Write clean, reliable, and efficient code that meets high standards for quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, applied scientists, and other engineers to translate product ideas into technical deliverables.
- Contribute to the long-term technical vision and architecture for conversational and AI-powered experiences.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them where they add customer or developer value.
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and hands-on collaboration.
- Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning to continuously improve team effectiveness.
- Identify and drive automation or process improvements that enhance reliability, developer velocity, and overall product quality.
- Support the team’s services through participation in on-call rotations, ensuring system stability and fast resolution of production issues.
- Proactively assess risks and implement safeguards to maintain a secure and resilient infrastructure.

Requirements
Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
