Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP GLM Specialist within the Supply Chain Data organization to support Global Label Management and SAP EHS activities. The role focuses on executing Business Integration Testing (BIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by generating and validating label outputs across SAP environments. This hands-on position requires strong GLM/WWI expertise to ensure labeling accuracy, compliance, and high-quality delivery. The specialist will collaborate with global stakeholders, document results, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Requirements

5 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP GLM (Global Label Management) and SAP EHS in production environments. Proven experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP GLM solutions, including label generation, WWI, and regulatory content management. Strong industry experience in chemicals or other highly regulated environments, with working knowledge of GHS, REACH, SDS authoring, and hazard communication standards. Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues, data inconsistencies, and label generation errors with minimal supervision. Solid understanding of SAP data models and integrations, particularly across EHS, Material Master (MM), and logistics processes (SD/MM). Ability to quickly ramp up in existing landscapes, assess gaps, and provide pragmatic solutions in fast-paced or ambiguous environments (critical for contract roles). Strong skills in functional documentation, test script creation, and UAT coordination, with a focus on quality and compliance traceability. Effective stakeholder communication skills, including working with business SMEs, regulatory teams, IT, and external vendors across global teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) for reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder updates., *Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field is required.
