Salesforce Administrator

Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator.

As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will:

• Develop Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance
• Customize and configure Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies
• Remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions
• Ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality

• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
• Experience in Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow is strongly desired
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
