Requirements

We are seeking an experienced SAP Public Sector Financials Solution Architect to support a large-scale government transformation initiative for a North Carolina public sector agency. This role will provide architectural leadership for the Public Sector Finance workstream and drive the successful transformation of an existing SAP R/3 environment to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Public Sector Financials, government accounting, SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, and full lifecycle SAP implementations, including hands-on Go-Live and Hypercare experience. Experience working with State, County, Local Government, Municipal, or Public Sector organizations is highly preferred., * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.

12+ years of SAP experience.
8+ years of SAP Public Sector Financials experience.
Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP Public Sector implementations.
Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Demonstrated hands-on experience through Go-Live, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.
Strong expertise in:
SAP Funds Management (FM)
SAP Grants Management (GM)
SAP Treasury & Cash Management
Government Accounting
Public Sector Budgeting
Revenue & Tax Management
SAP FI/CO
Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP Financial systems.
Experience integrating SAP with Benefits Administration platforms.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and consulting skills.
