Job description

The Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer will design, develop, and maintain Experience Cloud (Community) sites for customer-facing digital platforms. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on user experience, security, and enterprise standards.

Requirements

10+ years of overall Salesforce development experience
4+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities)
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
Experience building and supporting Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) Experience Cloud sites
Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, OWD)
Experience working on customer-facing platforms
Experience in the banking or financial services domain
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required), * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Proven ability to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
Ability to work in an onsite, collaborative development environment
