Requirements

  • 4+ years of fullstack development experience, ideally in startups or product-led teams
  • Strong backend expertise, especially with Node or Node
  • Solid frontend skills - React, TypeScript
  • Proven experience building and maintaining production systems
  • Bias toward shipping, iterating, and solving problems - not just perfecting code
  • Experience in architecting and scaling LLM-powered applications desirable
  • Strong communicator who’s comfortable in an unstructured, high-ownership environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in fintech, healthtech, or AI-powered products
  • Experience working with LLMs, chat interfaces, or emerging AI tools
