Requirements

Harrington Starr is seeking a Head of Software Engineering (Deputy CTO) in London. You will lead a team of 20 Software Engineers and work directly with the CTO in a hybrid role. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced financial domain, focusing on core Trading Systems and Execution Platforms.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java and JavaScript, as well as a strong understanding of Capital Markets.
