Chapter Lead - Cloud Native Enablers

You lead the Cloud Native Enablers chapter, bringing together two teams with a shared purpose: enabling other teams to thrive.

• Hubble - Enablement at scale A team of experienced professionals who partner closely with DevOps teams across Digital First. Their mission is to simplify complexity, remove obstacles, and empower teams to deliver with confidence.

• Tech Ninjas - Building the enablers A DevOps team that creates reusable, high-quality enabling components used across the domain. Several of these assets play a key role within the Daily Banking ecosystem.

Beyond these teams, you play a pivotal role in the enablement of the Channels domain, helping teams adopt cloud-native ways of working in a sustainable and scalable manner.

You are part of a compact, supportive leadership team where accountability and collaboration go hand in hand. Each leader owns their scope, while the team operates as one-challenging, supporting, and stepping in for each other when needed.

You actively participate in leadership ceremonies that keep us operationally grounded and strategically aligned.
