Full-Stack Developer - Innovation & AI Solutions Job ID: JP054197

We are looking for a senior Full-Stack Developer to join an innovation team focused on prototyping, experimenting, and delivering digital solutions for public sector services. The role combines full-stack development, mobile development, and generative AI technologies within an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and develop full-stack web and mobile applications from concept to production
• Act as the mobile development reference for cross-platform Flutter applications
• Build and deploy AI-driven solutions including RAG architectures, LLM chatbots, and automation pipelines
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, estimations, testing, and documentation
• Define technical architectures, authentication flows, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, academic stakeholders, and service providers
• Lead demonstrations, workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving emerging technologies such as AI and automation

• Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer in innovation or prototyping environments
• Expertise in Flutter and mobile cross-platform development
• Experience with generative AI technologies, LLMs, RAG architectures, and Python development
• Knowledge of React, REST APIs, Docker, Azure, MongoDB, Symfony, and testing practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to technical decision-making
