Job description
Responsible for leading a small team of integration engineers ensuring complex systems, applications, networks, and workflows operate as an integrated, mission ready capability. Perform hands on integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation. Identifies integration gaps, drives technical synchronization, and translates operational requirements into actionable integration plans., * Lead integration of hardware/software/network components
- Mentor team members on technical skill development and internal processes to ensure consistent, high-quality performance
- Assess compatibility and risks
- Execute integration test plans
- Document system behavior and interfaces
- Troubleshoot across hardware/software/transport/security layers
- Coordinate with PM and acquisition
- Provide modernization input
- Participate in user engagements and design reviews
- Track/report integration tasks.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Must have an active TS/SCI
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S., as sponsorship is not available at this time, * Associates degree; Bachelors preferred
- Security+ CE; BS; CCNP
- Exceptions allowed with certification within 6 months., * 5+ years’ experience (3 yrs supporting SOF systems)
- 3 years TIP Integration Engineer OR 3 years SOF integration
- Familiarity with TACLAN/SDN/C4TIP
- Ability to interpret engineering documentation
- Strong troubleshooting; Clear communication
Preferred Qualifications
- VMWare VCP
- Experience with
- Rancher/Linux/Kubernetes/Android/Windows OEM training (L3Harris, Trellis Ware, Silvus, iDirect, Persistent Systems, Tampa Microwave). *
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion (e.g., transporting laptop, presentation materials, or small equipment).
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
- Clear vision and hearing required for meetings, presentations, and communication.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Professional office environment with standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers).
- Frequent interaction with clients, executives, and government officials in both in-person and virtual settings.
