As a Senior Analytics Consultant - Digital Transformation, you will use analytics, Python and modelling to solve complex problems with real commercial and social impact., This is a strong career move into a market where demand is being driven by AI adoption, operational resilience, automation and data-led decision-making. Global digital transformation spend is estimated at $1.3tn in 2025 and forecast to reach $5.49tn by 2033., As a Senior Analytics Consultant - Digital Transformation, you will help clients understand complex operational systems, test future scenarios and make confident decisions before committing major resources. This is an analytics role with genuine influence, where your work will support transformation programmes, operating model design, process improvement and strategic planning. You will use Python, simulation modelling and operational research techniques to turn complex systems into clear insight. The operational analytics market is also expected to grow strongly, with one 2026 forecast projecting it to reach $7.36bn by 2034, expanding at a 17.52% CAGR., + Build analytical models that support digital transformation decisions
- Use Python to analyse, automate and model complex operational systems
- Apply simulation techniques including DES, ABS and System Dynamics
- Translate complex modelling outputs into clear business recommendations
- Advise senior stakeholders on scenarios, risks and trade-offs
- Support transformation projects across varied industries and services
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Experience in analytics, operational research, simulation or modelling
- Strong Python skills for analysis, modelling or automation
- Knowledge of DES, ABS, System Dynamics or similar techniques
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Confidence explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences

SC eligible or already holding Security Clearance Nice-to-Have:
- Consulting or client-facing experience
- Exposure to digital transformation or operational improvement projects
- Experience in public sector, defence, transport, healthcare or infrastructure
- Ability to turn scenario modelling into strategic recommendations
