System Performance Lead

We are looking for a System Performance Lead to join a very interesting special project team, working on next-gen, high-impact systems that don’t tolerate mediocrity, and don’t need babysitting.

What you’ll actually do:

• You will take ownership.
• You will evaluate system performance against real-world scenarios, not textbook theory.
• You will run trade studies that influence design, not just document it.
• You will define modelling strategies, build the models, own the algorithms, and stand behind the outputs.
• Plus, you will put your name to performance statements that customers rely on.

You won’t be a passenger here; you will be in the driver’s seat.

What you bring:

• DV-cleared, or willing to go through the DV process
• A systems engineering background that isn’t one-dimensional
• MATLAB and Simulink experience
• You can analyse data, tell the story, and defend it
• You collaborate, but you don’t hide in the crowd
