hyper-personalised client experiences. /li li b Modernisation: /b Overhaul engineering practices, moving the needle on CI/CD, cloud-native infrastructure, and data democratisation. /li li b Strategic Leadership: /b Partner with the CEO and PE board to align technology investments with aggressive growth targets. /li li b Scale Engineering Culture: /b Lead, mentor, and grow an elite global engineering team, fostering a culture of high performance, curiosity, and rapid experimentation. /li li b Data as an Asset: /b Turn our massive datasets into a competitive moat by implementing cutting-edge LLM frameworks and predictive analytics. /li /ul h3 Who You Are /h3 ul li b Pro-AI Advocate: /b You don’t just follow AI trends; you’ve lived them.
