Technology and Program Technician

The Program and Technology Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and systems management to ensure smooth operation of agency technology, hardware, and software systems. Collaborates with the Technology and Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives, manage company system-wide technology updates, and support cross-departmental technology integration. Other duties as assigned.

• Five years related experience and/or training
• Corresponding years of experience may be considered as a substitute for the level of education desired., Must pass a criminal background check and receive a negative result from a non-DOT pre-employment drug screen.

Starting Salary will be commensurate with years of experience and/or advanced educational degree.
