Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across modern integration platforms, and building solutions that connect critical business systems. You’ll work within a collaborative delivery team, designing, developing, and supporting integrations across cloud and on-premise environments., * Design, develop, and test integration solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms using iPaaS technologies, APIs, and custom development.

  • Build, configure, and maintain Workato recipes, triggers, connectors, and automation workflows.
  • Develop clean, maintainable code using Python, Ruby, and other Scripting languages to support integrations, data transformation, and custom connector development.
  • Deliver integrations based on solution designs and technical specifications while ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
  • Produce technical documentation including configuration guides, runbooks, and data mapping documentation.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high development standards.
  • Identify technical risks early and recommend practical solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support deployment activities and provide knowledge transfer to client operational teams.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an Integration Developer or similar technical integration role.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and message-based architectures.
  • Experience developing in Python and/or Ruby, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one leading iPaaS platform such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or Azure Logic Apps.
  • Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • A structured approach to testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

  • Workato Automation Pro I or Pro II certification.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Bash, SQL, or other Scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms including Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, HubSpot, or similar business applications.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within integration projects.
  • Previous experience working within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
