Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with strong expertise in Rockwell Automation to support manufacturing and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and optimizing control systems to improve production efficiency, reliability, and safety., * Controls & Automation Design, develop, and implement control systems using Rockwell Automation platforms (Allen-Bradley PLCs, ControlLogix, CompactLogix).

  • Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs (FactoryTalk View, RS Logix/Studio 5000).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial automation and controls engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley PLCs, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk).
  • Experience in HMI/SCADA development and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of industrial networks and communication protocols.
  • Experience working in manufacturing environments (CPG preferred).
