Retail Field & or Network Technicians

Flexible Retail Field or Network technicians, all Technicians encouraged to apply - Several upcoming projects for 2026. Will handle implementing, maintaining, upgrading, and or repairing networks/ networked devices such as access point,smart lock access, router, switches, pos systems, printers, and modems. Set up and troubleshoot connections in many different environments and connect them with physical cables or wireless frequencies, creating adequate signal strength throughout a location for a client’s use., WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * Current Driver’s License, insurance, and a vehicle.

• Previous IT, POS, FIELD or Related technical technician experience is required.
• Technically inclined - experience with Cabling runs/ management/ testing/ terminating, Network provisioning.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Smart Phone mobile device.
• Flexible availability.
• Frequent use of hand tools.
• Travel is required in various markets.
• Lifting 60lbs or more.
• Able to climb up and down ladders.
• Testing networks Wi-Fi signals, heat mapping.
• Installing, troubleshooting access points, routers, switches.

• Aptitude for customer support.

Required Education and Experience

• Over the age of 18.
• Certifications are a plus but not required.
• All training is provided.
