Job description

Circuit Creative is a newly formed agency that is part of the Gilbert & Rose holdings group; we are the engine room for their property brands along with working with external clients. We are looking for a passionate Lead Full Stack Developer to work with us on taking the business to the next level. You won’t just be maintaining websites; you will be building a proprietary ecosystem., As the Lead Developer, you will head the development for our core brands:

  • Gilbert & Rose: Building a bespoke ā€œall-in-oneā€ client portal, internal dashboards & intranets.
  • Niche Homes: Developing scalable systems to take a luxury real estate brand to a national audience.
  • Circuit Creative: Leading web development for external clients and internal group projects.

Key Responsibilities

Ecosystem Development: Work with us to build bespoke React/Node.js framework.

API & Integration: Build and manage complex integrations between our CRM, Webex telephony, and bespoke front-end applications.

Data & Analytics: Develop internal dashboards and ā€œleague tablesā€ to track performance and buyer behaviour.

AI & Automation: Architect and implement AI agents and automated workflows to create an autonomous, 24-hour business cycle.

Product Leadership: Work closely with the marketing and senior leadership teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Front-end: Strong knowledge of React and Next.js

Back-end: Strong experience with Node.js or PHP (to manage/migrate existing systems).

Databases: Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) for flexible data handling.

API Architecture: Extensive experience working with RESTful APIs and Webhooks (GraphQL a bonus).

Responsive Design: A ā€œmobile-firstā€ mindset for high-end user experiences.

Desirable:

Telephony/Webex: Experience with Webex SDKs or VoIP integrations.

AI/ML: Familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain, or building autonomous AI agents.

DevOps: Experience with AWS/Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
