Data Analyst

Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support monthly and quarterly provider incentive processes. This role will work closely with a small, collaborative team to generate, validate, and reconcile data used for financial distributions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting incentive or compensation-related data processes-preferably within healthcare.

Team & Environment

• Small team environment (2 core team members)
• Highly collaborative, with cross-functional interaction
• Focused on accuracy, timeliness, and process integrity
• Requires coordination with stakeholders outside the immediate team to validate data, * Support the monthly and quarterly provider incentive check run process
• Generate and prepare data files required for payment processing
• Reconcile datasets to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Convert data into appropriate formats for check processing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate and resolve data discrepancies
• Perform data quality checks and troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain documentation of processes and data validation steps

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or reconciliation
• Prior experience supporting incentive compensation, financial reporting, or similar processes
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders, * Healthcare industry experience
• Background working with provider incentive or compensation models
• Strong Excel and/or data manipulation skills
• Ability to manage recurring processes with tight deadlines
