- Lead integrated delivery across multiple workstreams, clarifying scope, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of cloud platforms and services at scale
- Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders across technology, product, cybersecurity, and business
- Drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and influence decision-making at the executive level
- Represent delivery status, risks, and outcomes in executive forums
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, reporting disciplines, and control frameworks
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting to senior leadership
- Own resource planning, budget oversight, and vendor engagement for assigned programs

Requirements
- Experience leading large-scale technical delivery in complex, global organizations
- Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and delivery outcomes
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance at scale
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills :
- Experience delivering enterprise cloud programs (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Background in financial services or similarly regulated environments
- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and operational resilience
- Exposure to platform engineering, observability, and modern cloud practices
- Ability to operate at pace in complex, high-pressure environments
- Clear, confident communicator with executive presence
- Collaborative leader who drives alignment across diverse stakeholders
