AI Solution Lead

We are seeking an AI Solution Lead to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic workflows. The role involves translating business problems into AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalability, governance, and responsible AI practices, while engaging directly with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy AI/ML systems (LLMs, RAG, AI copilots) into production.

Lead MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Implement AI governance, explainability, and bias mitigation frameworks.

Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex AI concepts for executives.

Master s in Data Science, ML, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems in production.

Strong expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, ML pipelines, and MLOps.

Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred

Experience with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, and RAG pipelines.

Familiarity with scalable AI infrastructure and enterprise environments.
