BlackLine Consultant (Remote)

• Configure and customize BlackLine modules including Account Reconciliation, Transaction Matching, Journal Entries, Variance Analysis, and Task Management
• Support end-to-end BlackLine implementation aligned with financial close and RTR processes
• Integrate BlackLine with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP) ensuring seamless data flow and reconciliation accuracy
• Align client financial controls and accounting processes with BlackLine best practices and automation capabilities
• Conduct user training, workshops, and provide ongoing support for business users and administrators
• Develop and execute cutover, go-live, and hypercare support plans for smooth transition
• Troubleshoot BlackLine system issues and support post-implementation enhancements and optimization
• Assist in process transformation, standardization, and automation of financial close activities
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in close cycles

We are seeking a Finance Professional with 8+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (RTR), General Accounting, Controllership, and Finance Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BlackLine Financial Close implementations and a strong understanding of finance automation, process standardization, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred)., * 8+ years experience in RTR, General Accounting, or Controllership
