Requirements

Commercial experience with C# and .NET
Experience developing desktop applications, or an interest in moving into desktop development
Recent WPF experience (for Mid/Senior candidates), or a willingness to learn WPF (for Junior candidates)
An understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
Exposure to Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of MVVM and secure development practices would be beneficial, but not essential
