Job description

(Gainesville, GA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an ERP Support Specialist to support daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working within office and ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide administrative and office support for daily operations
  • Utilize ERP systems, including Global Shop experience when applicable
  • Create, maintain, and manage documents, reports, spreadsheets, and records
  • Track and organize documentation for operational and accounting purposes
  • Communicate effectively through verbal discussions and professional email correspondence
  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, and data entry tasks
  • Support accounting and clerical functions as needed
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently
  • Identify and resolve administrative and operational issues efficiently

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * ERP system experience required; Global Shop experience is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • General accounting and basic math skills
  • Comfortable with document management, tracking, and reporting processes
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during the workday
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printers
  • Occasional lifting of office materials up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and data entry
