Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Power Platform Developer - Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer with strong expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and emerging Microsoft AI technologies to support a range of digital transformation initiatives.

This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who can independently design, build, and deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions with a strong focus on automation, collaboration, and AI-driven productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance modern SharePoint Online solutions including sites, document management structures, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.
• Build and optimise business process automation solutions using Power Automate across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Develop custom applications and user experiences using Power Apps and modern SharePoint development approaches.
• Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including AI-powered workflows and integrations.
• Develop and maintain SPFx solutions using React and TypeScript.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Work with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Azure services to extend platform capabilities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to platform best practices and governance.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap developments, particularly within SharePoint, Copilot, and Power Platform technologies.

• Strong commercial experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Deep expertise across Power Platform technologies, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience delivering Microsoft Copilot or AI-driven Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx, React, TypeScript, and modern SharePoint development.
