We are searching for the best talent for Director, Transformation Office - AI Next Frontiers in Pharma Commercialization, The Director, Transformation Office - AI Next Frontiers in Pharma Commercialization will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise AI initiatives across all Commercialization functions in NA Pharmaceuticals with a focus on Marketing, Patient Support, Commercial Operations while advancing next-generation field capabilities such as AI Digital Assistants and Intelligent Orchestration.
This role serves as the central integration point between business strategy and AI delivery, ensuring that AI investments translate into scaled, measurable business impact. The leader will partner across commercial, patient, medical, analytics, and technology teams to define priorities, accelerate execution, and embed AI into everyday workflows.
You will be responsible for:
AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Drive the AI Next Frontier roadmap across Marketing, Patient, Commercial Operations and Field Engagements.
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable AI use cases tied to growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Ensure progression from pilots to scaled, production-ready solutions.
Transformation Office Leadership
- Stand up and lead the AI Next Frontier Transformation Office.
- Establish governance, prioritization, and decision-making frameworks for AI investments.
- Track and report business impact, adoption, and value realization.
Field AI Enablement
- Lead development and deployment of AI Digital Assistants to improve field productivity and reduce administrative burden.
- Drive Cross-TA Intelligent Orchestration capabilities to optimize customer engagement
- Ensure solutions are designed for real-world field adoption and usability.
Cross-Functional Integration
- Align AI initiatives across omnichannel marketing, patient support, commercial operations and field enablement.
- Ensure consistency in customer data, decisioning, and engagement strategies.
- Break down silos between business, analytics, and technology teams.
Technology & Platform Partnership
- Partner with IT, data, and CRM platform teams (e.g., Salesforce/Connext).
- Guide build vs. buy decisions and effective use of enterprise AI capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Adoption & Change Management
- Drive adoption across field, marketing, and operations teams.
- Ensure solutions are intuitive and embedded in existing workflows.
- Lead communication, training, and capability building to support sustained usage., * Deployment and adoption of AI Digital Assistants and Intelligent Orchestration in the field (Cross-TA).
- Demonstrated business impact (e.g., productivity gains, improved engagement, cost efficiency).
- Established Transformation Office with clear governance and operating model.
Requirements
Required
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial functions (e.g., marketing, field, patient support, or commercial operations).
- Proven track record delivering AI, advanced analytics, or digital solutions tied to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot etc.) in their daily workflows, with concrete examples of how they reduce effort , speed up delivery, or improve output quality.
- Strong ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms and commercial data ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with AI-enabled customer engagement and orchestration approaches.
- Experience scaling digital products or platforms beyond pilot stage.
- Background in field force effectiveness and/or omnichannel engagement.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $164,000 to $282,900 USD.
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
